Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cranberries, pecans, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Preheat oil in a deep fryer or skillet for frying, reaching around 350°F.
- Cut wonton wrappers into rounds or triangles and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow fried wonton cups to cool on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Fill the wonton cups with the chicken salad mixture, generously packing them.
