Ingredients
- Beef
- Cornstarch
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Chilli flakes
- Soy sauce
- Rice vinegar
- Sugar
- Bell peppers
- Green onions
- Neutral oil
Instructions
- Slice beef thinly and coat it in cornstarch.
- Heat neutral oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, then fry the beef in batches for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, ginger, chilli flakes, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar to prepare the sauce.
- Remove fried beef and drain on paper towels; wipe out excess oil from the pan.
- Add bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Return beef to the pan, pour sauce over it, and toss to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding sesame oil or using different types of bell peppers. Ensure oil is hot enough for crispiness.
