- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 small corn tortillas
- Avocado oil or olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Brown the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add seasonings and lime juice; cook until slightly crispy.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave until flexible.
- Brush both sides of each tortilla with oil.
- Spoon beef and cheese into each tortilla, then fold.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
