- 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Prepare the salmon by patting it dry and cutting it into 1-inch cubes.
- Season the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Cook the salmon by pan-searing (2-3 minutes per side), baking (10-12 minutes at 400°F), or air frying (8-10 minutes at 375°F, flipping halfway).
- Make the sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
- Combine the cooked salmon with the sauce, or drizzle it over the top.
Notes
For a lighter sauce, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
