Description

Delicious crispy salmon bites coated in a zesty sauce, perfect for appetizers or a light main course.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salmon by patting it dry and cutting it into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Season the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Cook the salmon by pan-searing (2-3 minutes per side), baking (10-12 minutes at 400°F), or air frying (8-10 minutes at 375°F, flipping halfway).
  4. Make the sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  5. Combine the cooked salmon with the sauce, or drizzle it over the top.

Notes

For a lighter sauce, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
