- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped bacon or fresh parsley for added flavor
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice) until smooth.
- Stir in the cooled pasta, peas, diced onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Season with salt and black pepper, and mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
