Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped bacon or fresh parsley for added flavor

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and let cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice) until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cooled pasta, peas, diced onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper, and mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
