These creamy garlic herb chicken crescent rolls are an indulgent treat with a rich filling wrapped in flaky dough, perfect for any occasion.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, minced (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 packages crescent roll dough (8 oz each)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Cooking spray or parchment paper for baking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- Combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, chives, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until creamy.
- Unroll the crescent dough on a clean surface and separate the triangles.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll up toward the pointed tip, sealing the edges securely.
- Arrange the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
Notes
For added flavor, use grilled or rotisserie chicken. You can also incorporate sautéed vegetables like spinach or bell peppers into the filling.
