- 3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Heat some olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add the cubed chicken and cook until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
- Layer the potato slices in a baking dish, then add the chicken mixture.
- Pour the cream over the layers and top with grated cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
