- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat Your Oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Stir until well-mixed.
- Take each chicken tender and coat it in the yogurt mixture, ensuring even coverage.
- Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and crushed crackers. Lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and crust is crispy.
