Description

Crack Chicken Tenders are easy, flavorful, and comforting chicken tenders with a rich, creamy coating and cheesy crust, perfect for busy weeknights or special gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ pounds chicken tenders
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers (or panko breadcrumbs)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Stir until well-mixed.
  3. Take each chicken tender and coat it in the yogurt mixture, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and crushed crackers. Lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and crust is crispy.
  5. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt or vegan mayonnaise. For gluten-free, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
