- 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup crab meat (canned, fresh, or imitation)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate the individual triangles.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
- Roll up each crescent from the wide end to the point, sealing the edges.
- Place rolled crescents on the baking sheet with space between them.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
For a spicy kick, consider adding a dash of hot sauce, or swap cheddar for goat cheese for a unique twist.
