- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan generously.
- Crush the pretzel sticks in a bowl, then mix with melted butter and a sprinkle of sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes to give the crust a hint of crispiness.
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, heavy cream, and caramel sauce. Cook over medium heat until boiling, then stir in cooled coffee, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzel crust, ensuring even coverage.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and return to the oven. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool completely, then cut into bars and serve.
Notes
For an added touch, dust with sea salt before serving and pair with vanilla ice cream or coffee.
