Description

A festive layered dessert featuring white cake, vanilla pudding, mixed berries, and whipped cream, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound white cake, crumbled
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by crumbling the white cake into bite-sized pieces and cleaning the berries, slicing strawberries if large.
  2. In a bowl, combine vanilla pudding with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form using a mixer or whisk.
  4. Layer in a large trifle bowl or individual serving glasses: crumbled cake, pudding mixture, berries, and whipped cream. Repeat layers until nearly full, finishing with whipped cream.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves and fresh berries, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Notes

Chill pudding, whipped cream, and bowl ahead of time for better layers. Use a clear glass bowl for visual appeal.
