Description
A beautifully glazed salmon fillet with a harmonious blend of sweet pomegranate and tangy flavors, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together pomegranate juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and generously pour the pomegranate glaze over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. The salmon should flake easily with a fork when it’s done.
- Before serving, add a sprinkle of fresh rosemary and a handful of pomegranate seeds for an appealing finish.
Notes
For a healthier twist, consider using low-sodium soy sauce or substituting agave syrup for honey. Marinating the salmon in the glaze for 30 minutes can amplify the flavors.
