  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Pomegranate seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together pomegranate juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
