A no-bake cheesecake featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, rich cream cheese filling, and topped with fresh strawberries and melted chocolate.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form your crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the crust. Add a layer of sliced strawberries, then pour the remaining filling on top.
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes, or until it is set and firm.
- Before serving, drizzle the melted chocolate over the top and garnish with additional sliced strawberries.
Notes
For the best results, chill the cheesecake overnight. You can substitute graham cracker crumbs with crushed Oreos or use a vegan cream cheese for a plant-based option.
