Description

Indulgent chocolate cherry cheesecake bars featuring a rich graham cracker crust and creamy filling, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
  3. Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth in a large bowl.
  4. Add sour cream and melted chocolate; mix until well combined.
  5. Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of cherry pie filling over the cheesecake and swirl together.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
  9. Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes
