- 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Low-carb tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Take a low-carb tortilla and add a portion of the chicken-bacon mixture to the center.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to form a taquito.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the taquitos seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels before serving.
- Enjoy your taquitos with extra ranch dressing and toppings of your choice.
Notes
