  • 1 and 1/4 cups mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons shredded fresh parmesan
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped (or 1 tablespoon pre-minced garlic)
  • 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and spray a baking sheet with nonstick oil.
  2. Spread the green beans out flat on the greased baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart for even cooking.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the oil mixture over the green beans and toss to coat each bean.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes until the beans are bright and slightly crisp.
