- 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and spray a baking sheet with nonstick oil.
- Spread the green beans out flat on the greased baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart for even cooking.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the oil mixture over the green beans and toss to coat each bean.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until the beans are bright and slightly crisp.
- Once done, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly across the beans.
- Broil for another 4 to 5 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
