Scale
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage or bacon
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers

  2. In a bowl, combine the cheese, cooked sausage or bacon, bell peppers, and onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each piece.
  4. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  6. Brush the top of each bomb with beaten egg and arrange them on a baking sheet.

Notes

For best results, ensure the biscuit dough is cold before working with it for a flaky texture.
