- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage or bacon
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dipping sauces (salsa, ranch, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the cheese, cooked sausage or bacon, bell peppers, and onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each piece.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
- Brush the top of each bomb with beaten egg and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
