Instructions

  1. Start by slicing the tomatoes and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, garlic, and chopped basil together.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
