Ingredients

- 3–4 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, sliced carrots, and chopped potatoes around the roast.
- In a bowl, mix together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper, then pour over the ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours until the meat is tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy your comforting meal!
Notes
