Description

A light and refreshing dessert that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with vibrant mixed berries.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream and lemon juice to create a light cheesecake mixture.
  3. In another bowl, combine the mixed berries.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the berries and gently toss to coat.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with mint leaves.
