  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar to create the sauce. Set aside.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken pieces, ensuring each piece is well-seasoned.
  3. Coat each piece of chicken in cornstarch, ensuring an even layer covers the surface.
  4. Pour oil into a frying pan and heat it over medium heat until hot.
  5. Add the coated chicken pieces to the hot oil. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oil and place it on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  7. In a large bowl, toss the crispy chicken in the prepared sauce until each piece is thoroughly coated.
  8. Plate your Bang Bang Chicken hot, garnished with chopped green onions for a fresh touch.

Notes
