Ingredients

  • 2 cups corned beef, chopped
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup rye bread, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup thousand island dressing
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the chopped corned beef, shredded Swiss cheese, drained sauerkraut, and rye bread cubes in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together the thousand island dressing, milk, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing mixture over the corned beef mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
