- 2 cups corned beef, chopped
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup rye bread, cut into cubes
- 1 cup thousand island dressing
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the chopped corned beef, shredded Swiss cheese, drained sauerkraut, and rye bread cubes in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together the thousand island dressing, milk, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the dressing mixture over the corned beef mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
