A delicious blend of crispy bacon and creamy garlic filling stuffed inside juicy chicken breasts, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Create a pocket in the thickest part of each chicken breast.
  4. Stuff each chicken pocket with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap two slices of bacon around each stuffed chicken breast, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Arrange the wrapped chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the bacon is golden and crispy.
  8. Let rest for a few minutes, garnish if desired, and serve hot.
