- 1 box saltine crackers (about 75 crackers)
- 1 box Ritz crackers (around 40 crackers)
- 1 box oyster crackers (about 100 crackers)
- 1 box Late July crackers (about 5 ounces)
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix (typically 1 ounce)
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all crackers in a large mixing bowl, breaking large oyster crackers if necessary.
- In a small bowl, mix oil, ranch dressing mix, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
- Pour the seasoned oil mixture over the crackers and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the crackers on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet before storing them.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Re-crisp in a 300°F oven for 5 minutes if needed.
