Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box saltine crackers (about 75 crackers)
  • 1 box Ritz crackers (around 40 crackers)
  • 1 box oyster crackers (about 100 crackers)
  • 1 box Late July crackers (about 5 ounces)
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix (typically 1 ounce)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all crackers in a large mixing bowl, breaking large oyster crackers if necessary.
  3. In a small bowl, mix oil, ranch dressing mix, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  4. Pour the seasoned oil mixture over the crackers and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the crackers on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  6. Let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet before storing them.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Re-crisp in a 300°F oven for 5 minutes if needed.
